Positions We Hire
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Registered Behavior Technicians work directly with children to help them build meaningful skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living. Guided by a BCBA, RBTs provide engaging, supportive therapy while forming meaningful connections with the children and families they serve. This role is about more than implementing programs — it’s about helping children grow, celebrating progress, and being part of a team that truly cares.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Future Opportunities
As Open Roads Therapy continues to grow, we look forward to welcoming BCBAs who share our commitment to compassionate, individualized care. BCBAs guide the clinical direction of services by conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and partnering closely with families and other professionals. This role is centered on collaboration, mentorship, and helping children reach their fullest potential.
